처음에는 구워주며 굽는 방법을 알려줌 이곳에서는 불초밥까지 먹고와야하며 명이나물과 와규의 조합을 확실히 느낄수있음
다만 간혹 갔을때 자리가 없을수 있으며 고기질은 오픈당시에 비해 떨어진듯함

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 중앙대 근처에서 저녁 약속이있어 방문한 고깃집. 일행이 강추해서 가기로하고 저녁 8시경 도착. 갔더니 자리가 없어서 웨이팅 리스트에 이름 전번 적어놓고 시간떼우다 옴. (대략 30분) 메뉴판만 봐서는 와규치고는 가격대가 완전싸서 일단 만족. 메뉴에 있는거 다먹어보자해서 프리미엄부터 볶음밥까지 순서대로 도장깨고옴ㅋㅋ 고기 상태도 좋고 살짝 구워먹으니 맛도 굿굿! 초밥은 바로 앞에서 토치로 구워주시는데 굽고 나서 바로 먹는게 진짜 맛있음! 된장이랑 볶음밥은 특별한맛은 없고 그냥 무난하게 맛있는맛! 가성비좋게 와규 먹기엔 좋은곳이 아닐까 싶은데 학생들에겐 좀 비싼편 ^^ 중앙대 근처에 말고 비지니스타운 근처에 있으면 잘 될거같은 맛!
An old-fashioned gourmet restaurant with an evening appointment near Chung-Ang University. The party decided to go and arrived around 8 pm. When I went, there was no place, so I wrote down my name on the waiting list and made time. (Approximately 30 minutes) Just looking at the menu, I am satisfied with the price of Wagyu beef. Let's try everything on the menu, so we break the stamp in order from premium to fried rice. The sushi is grilled with a torch right in front of you, but it's really delicious to eat right after grilling! The miso and fried rice have no special taste, but they are just delicious! I think it's a good place to eat wagyu, but it's a bit expensive for students.

삼목등심의 볶음밥은 깍두기가 들어가서 색다른 식감을 맛보실 수 있습니다.
It is a Wagyu specialty store near Chung-Ang University Hospital. The quality of the meat is awesome every time I go. It is a good strategy to order one premium and one special from two people, taste it by part, and order one more menu you like.
The fried rice of Sammok sirloin contains kkakdugi, so you can taste a different texture.
