★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Take note that this is actually the Lotte Car Rental Agency. It's a short walk from the Choryang Metro and around 15 mins walk from Busan KTX Station. Service was prompt and although the staff's English is limited, it's sufficient to show us how to operate the in-car GPS NAV which is a must. The GPS NAV is like those in Japan where you only need the phone number of the destination place.
What I like about booking with Hertz directly instead of 3rd party websites even though they are not cheaper but they provide me with full insurance coverage (zero excess) without extra cost.
