★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 수비드 차슈는 비추천해욤..훈제향이 약간 거부감이 있으신분들! 그냥 차슈는 불맛 낭낭하니 맛있어요~ 라면 면은 일반 라멘집같지않고 봉지라면같은 유탕면 느낌이었습니다.
 I do not recommend sous vide chashu.. For those who are a little reluctant to smoke scent! It's just that the chashu is so delicious that it's not like a regular ramen restaurant, but it felt like a baggy ramen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 맛있었구요, 일본에서 먹어봤던 라멘처럼 육수가 진하고 깊은맛이 났어요. 느끼한맛도 없었고 면 익은정도 도 훌륭했어요
It was delicious, and the broth had a thick and deep flavor just like the ramen I had in Japan. There was no bitter taste and the noodles were well cooked.

It is a ramen restaurant located in Gyo-dong, Gangneung. I tried the tonkotsu ramen. The homemade noodles and broth were delicious.

2. 저녁에 늦게 갈경우 매진될 가능성이 있기때문에 조심하세요.
3. 교자만두도 괜찮았어요.
1. The price was reasonable and the quantity was sufficient (a lot of meat).
2. If you go late in the evening, be careful as it may be sold out.
3. The dumplings were also good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 점심시간에 기다려야함. 식사공간은 협소하나 식사하는데 문제 없음. 주차공간 없음. 음식은 맛있음. 국물이 진~~하고 좋음. 차슈도 완전 보들보들 부드러움.
Have to wait at lunch time. The dining area is small, but there is no problem with eating. No parking space. Food is delicious. The soup is thick and good. The chashu is perfectly soft and soft.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 탄탄멘 국물이 진짜 진짜 진짜 맛있어요 기름졌는데 매콤하고 시원해요. 돈코츠라멘은 모두가 아는 그 라멘맛^^ 탄탄멘이 맛있으니 탄탄멘 드세요. 그리고 메밀면 안좋아하시는 분들은 일반면으로 바꿔달라거 말씀드리면 바꿔주신다고 합니다. 저는 제가 메밀면 안좋아하는지 이때 알아서.. 조금 아쉽네요 시워어언한 탄탄멘 국물에 호로록 했으면 좋았을텐데 ㅜ
The tantanmen soup is really really really delicious. It's oily, but it's spicy and refreshing. Tonkotsu Ramen is the ramen that everyone knows^^ Tantanmen are delicious, so please eat them. And if you don't like buckwheat noodles, ask them to change to regular noodles, and they will change it. I know at this point if I don't like buckwheat noodles.. It's a bit disappointing.

음식 역시 맛있고, 기본 메밀함유된 면 사용으로 메밀면의 꺼끌함?은 없지만 뭔가 면이 꾸덕한 느낌이 듦(요청시 일반밀가루면으로 바꿔줌).
The atmosphere of the store is cozy and clean.
The food is also delicious, and there is no greasy feeling of the buckwheat noodles by using the basic buckwheat-containing noodles, but the noodles feel a bit greasy (replaced with regular wheat flour noodles upon request).
