Beck’s 의 독특한 디자인 솔루션은 사무실 공간과 이사회룸, 고급레스토랑, 카페 등 소규모 고가 부지에 8만6000여 Foot^2 의 중층 오피스 타워를 설계했는데, 한국의 높은 에너지 비용을 절감하고 실내 공기 질을 높이기 위해 자연환기, 고성능 Low-E 코팅창, LED조명장치, 건물 자동화 시스템, 그린지붕, 빗물수거 시스템, 바닥아래 공기 분배 시스템 등을 자연환기 운영이 가능한 창호시스템으로 설계했다고 한다. 파사드의 'S'자 모양의 오목한 틈새는 각 층의 자연환기가 잘 되는 저기압 구역을 만들기 위한 만들어 진 디자인 시그니처이다. 실제로 골 바람이 입구 통로안쪽 밀려오는 것를 느낄 수 있다.

The 'S'-shaped concave crevice on the façade is a design signature created to create a low-pressure zone with good natural ventilation on each floor. You can actually feel the wind blowing through the entrance passage.
