카드로 선결제, 예약하고 책 찾으러 갔더니 예약하지도 않은 사람한테 책 팔아버림. 시험관련 책이고 인터넷에서도 바로 구하기 어려운 책이라 주문한건데 사과 한마디 없이 당황한 사이에 환불. 환불은 문화상품권으로 해줌. 문상 준 게 다시 생각해도 어처구니가 없어 전화했더니 적반하장식으로 “나도 사정이 있다. 그렇게 억울하면 오시라. 현금으로 바꿔주겠다."고 함. 끝까지 자기 입장만 얘기.
다시 갈 일 없음.
