★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 94년에 완공된 낡은 5층 짜리 저층 아파트 입니다. 108%의 낮은 용적률로 인해 재건축때 유리하다고 하네요. 두면이 대모산에 의해 둘러쌓여있어 공기가 아주 맑습니다. 대모산 또는 구룡산을 등산하러가기 매우 좋습니다. 주변에 유흥시설이 딱히 없어서 그런지 밤에도 무섭지않고 치안이 좋아보입니다. 주변에 대모초등학교, 대왕중학교, 중산고등학교가 모두 도보 15분 거리 안에 있어 학생들도 자라기 매우 좋은 아파트 단지입니다. 대모산 쪽에 있는 한솔공원, 일원터널 위쪽에 있는 개나리공원과 느티나무공원들이 있고 201동과 102동 사이에 놀이터, 301동 앞에도 놀이터가 있습니다. 301동 앞에 현지아 한솔 어린이집도 있어 애기 키우는 집한테도 좋을것 같네요. 305동 쪽에 스크린 골프 연습장이 있으며 한솔상가가 있습니다. 한솔상가에는 편의점 CU, 각종 학원, 호프집, 피씨방이 있습니다. 주변에 학업 시설이 많아 어린 아이 키우기도 좋고 대모산 옆에 있어 자연환경이 좋은 일원본동 중에서 가장 친환경 적인 아파트 단지이기 때문에 어르신분들 살기에도 매우 좋은 아파트입니다.
This is an old five-storey low-rise apartment built in 1994. It is said to be advantageous for reconstruction due to the low floor area ratio of 108%. The air is very clear as the two sides are surrounded by Daemosan. It is very good to go climbing Daemosan or Guryongsan. There aren't any entertainment facilities around, so it's not scary at night and the security looks good. Daemo Elementary School, Daewang Middle School, and Jungsan High School are all within a 15-minute walk, making it a very good apartment complex for students to grow up. There are Hansol Park on the side of Daemosan, Forsythia Park and Zelkova Park on the upper part of the Ilwon Tunnel. There is also a local Hansol daycare center in front of 301 building, so it would be good for a house with a baby. There is a screen golf practice range in East 305 and Hansol Shopping Center. Hansol Shopping Center has a convenience store CU, various academies, pubs, and PC rooms. It is a very good apartment for the elderly because it is the most eco-friendly apartment complex among Ilwonbon-dong, which is good for raising children and has a good natural environment as there are many academic facilities nearby.
