반죽과 숙성이 남다른 유기농 식빵 전문점으로 매우 부드러우면서도 각각의 개별적 특성을 잘 살린 여러종류의 식빵 맛이 훌륭하며 그밖에 쿠키류를 비롯한 다른 제과 제품들도 인기있다.
케익류만 본사에서 제공 받고 나머지는 직접 만든다고 하며 오픈 주방으로 빵 제조하는 모습을 직접 볼수 있다는 점에 있어서 매우 신뢰가 가는 곳이라 생각된다.
음료는 저렴한 편이고 1층은 홀과 주방, 2층은 카페로 되어 있어 직접 즐기기에도 좋다.
