J	Jungsi Park on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 저번 주 금요일 날 거래처에서 발송한 물건 6박스 부터 어제 한박스까지 지금 3일째 배송이 안되고 있습니다. 총 7박스 못 받고 있고요. 대표 전화 전화해서 상담원 연결하려고 하면 통화량이 많아 끊기고, 지역 영업소는 아예 전화를 받지않고, 본 지역 배송담당자는 3번이나 최근에 바뀌었는데, 새로 일하는 담당자마저 통화해보니 관뒀다고 하네요. 담당자 번호까지 여기저기 물어가면서 알아봐야 했고요. 서비스 수준 진짜 최.악. 입니다. 여러 택배 서비스 받아봤지만 거래처에 한진택배만 쓰지말아달라고 요청할 것이고, 저희 회사 있는 곳은 많은 기업들이 밀집되어 있는 동천동 수지유타워 지식산업센터인데, 이미 평판이 최악이고 절대 한진택배 쓰지 말라고 광고 하고 다닐 생각입니다. 당연히 저도 계약택배는 한진택배 절대 안쓸겁니다. 그 전 사무실에도 한진택배 오는 배달기사도 양아치인지 정말 싸가지 없이 배달하던데 이제는 아예 operation 마저 개판이니 정말 짜증나는군요. 문제 개선 할 의지가 없는 업체에게 할 수 있는건 고작 이런거 뿐이라는게 답답할 따름입니다.
