★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 유난히 일이 고된 하루였기 때문일까. 점심은 부족함없이 먹은 것 같은데도 퇴근 무렵 온 몸에 힘이 들어가지 않는 오늘같은 날, 저녁메뉴로 생각나는 솥밥에 김치찌개. 듬뿍 들어간 고기는 밥 반찬으로도 술안주로도 그만이다. 라면도 신나게 건져먹고, 윤기가 흐르는 밥은 맨김에 싸먹다보면 어느새 흥이 오른다. 한국인은 밥심이란 말이 괜한 말은 아니란 말이지. 참고로 점심엔 언제나 만석이다.
 Was it because it was an exceptionally hard day? On a day like today, when I feel like I ate my lunch without a shortage, but my whole body doesn't feel strong around the end of the day, kimchi stew with pot rice that comes to mind as a dinner menu. The plentiful meat is perfect as a side dish for rice or as a side dish with alcohol. If you eat ramen with excitement, and eat shiny rice with nori seaweed, you will soon be excited. Koreans say that it is not a good idea to eat rice. By the way, it is always full at lunch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are a visitor never go to this restaurant, the owner or the waiter just trying to lie to the visitors. Firstly, me and my friend went this restaurant, at the beginning, my friend didn’t plan to eat there, he planned to wait me during I eating there, but the waiter told me, he must order something, if he want stay in the restaurant with me. Alright, we thought maybe it’s better we both order something. After this, she understand we are visitors, she start to suggest us to order the most expensive dish in the restaurant, I said I could order that dish, but my friend would love to try something different.She start to being very rude, used her finger point the same dish which she pretend we order, and tell me: “your friend should also order that.” I said he can’t eat spicy so he will choose another dish, this old lady reply me: “No he can’t, we can’t make it.” Seems like she mean : or you both order the dish what I suggested or nothing. LMAO, I never had this type of bad service experience in any country I been, we didn’t eat anything but leave, if you are a visitor, and don’t want be lie, never ever go in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanguggwan is one of the long standing, popular BBQ places in Euljiro neighbourhood. Right next to the main street of Euljiro 2-ga intersection, it is always busy and the big hall is filled with so many people and even tourists.
It serves fresh pork but it is slightly expensive even considering the fact the place is located in central Seoul. It is very loud and there is no intake vent at each table.
