★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 제천 여행 일정변경 공지도 늦고 변경 이유도 잘 설명하지 않았어요. 4 곳 방문인데 1곳을 일정에서 뺀 건 큰 부분이 아닌가요? 가고 싶었던 곳이 일정에서 빠져 취소하려니까 취소 수수료 내라고 하네요. 자기 퇴근해야 한다고 빨리 결정하라고 하고... 공지는 이미 6:05에 카톡으로 하고서는 자기 퇴근시간 이야기를 고객한테 하는 건 좀 제 상식 밖입니다. 이런 여행사는 처음이구요. 무개념 몰상식 여행사라고 생각해요. 별 하나도 아깝습니다.
Unprofessional... They changed the trip plan according to their convenience and didn't give any notice till one cannot cancel the trip without any penalty. We supposed to visit four places and they canceled one without even asking. Horrible... One star is not even worthy.
 Notice of the change of the itinerary in Jecheon was also late, and the reason for the change was not well explained. It is a visit to 4 places, but is it not a big part if you subtract 1 from the schedule? I was told to pay the cancellation fee because I wanted to go out of the schedule and cancel it. It's my first time with a travel agency like this. I think it's a conceptless travel agency. One star is a waste.
