김	김석준 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 표기된 그램수에 비해 양이 조금 적은가? 라는 생각이 드네요. 함부러 추측할 순 없지만 3인분이나 2인분이나 크게 차이가 나 보이지는 않았습니다. 연탄에서 터프하게 구워지는 고기의 질감은 좋았으나 연결되는 구수함이나 육향이 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 김치찌개는 4000원이 적절해 보입니다... Is the amount a little less than the number of grams indicated? I think it is. I couldn't make any guesswork, but there wasn't a big difference for 3 or 2 servings. The texture of the meat grilled tough on the briquettes was good, but the connection was a bit disappointing and the taste and flavor of the meat were a bit disappointing. 4000 won seems appropriate for kimchi stew...
G	Ga young Bae on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 제주식으로 근고기를 판매하는 후암동 고깃집이에요. 세명이서 근고기3인분을 시키고 나중에 1인분을 더 추가주문했네요. 원래 여기 수제 소세지도 별미라고 해서 주문하려고 했는데 없어서 못 시켰어요. 불판이 들어오고, 곁들일 야채쌈과 찍어먹을 장들을 준비해주십니다. 모자라면 셀프칸에서 더 가져오시면 되요. 근고기가 불에 올려지고 고기 굽는데 숙달된 직원분이 직접 구워주십니다. 다 구워질쯤에 멜젓을 주셔서 고기를 찍어먹으면 됩니다. 덕분에 부위별로 잘 구워진 고기를 육즙 넘치게 잘 먹었어요. 후식으로 갱시기국밥을 시켰습니다. 김치, 콩나물 등을 밥과 함께 매콤하게 끓은 경상도 음식인데 어릴때 감기 걸렸을때 엄마가 해주셨던 추억의 맛이라 맛있게 먹었네요. 맛있긴하나 제주 근고기집들 평균 정도되는 맛이었어요. 연탄으로 구워서 불향이 적당히 나서 더 맛있어요. 제주도를 안 가고 먹을 수 있는 제주 근고기집가게입니다. 화장실은 건물을 나가서 옆 건물로 들어가는데 어두워서 조금 무서웠어요.
