The fresh fish is delicious. Seoneohoe is also hoe, but the jiritang is really cool and good.

드디어 남자사장님 들어오란다
한자리 차지하고 회를 친구가 시키고
기다리다보니 나온다.
바닷가라서 그런가 회도 두툼하게 먹음직스럽게 나온다.
사장님 친절히 처음인 나를 충무식당 먹는법이라며 자세히 갈켜주면서 담소도함께 나누며 먹는 한점 한점 한쌈 한쌈씩싸서 먹는
회맛이 굿입니다

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 인천 연안부두는 서해5도를 오가는 페리호 출발지이기도 하며 한 때 제주도를 왕래하기도 한 말많고 탈많은 세월호 (또는 오하마나호)의 출항지이기도 한 곳입니다.
연안부두 못미처 벤댕이회 센타 건물에 위치한 충무식당을 방문했습니다. 충무식당은 생굴, 준치회, 민어회, 홍어회, 광어회, 벤댕이회, 병어회(계절에 따라 조금씩 다를 수있음) 를 한 상에 차려나오는 식당입니다.
충무식당은 워낙 유명해서 사전 예약이 필수인데 회 한 점 먹기 전에 70대 후반의 억센 경상남도 통영지방 사투리와 허스키한 목소리 소유자 사장님의 회 먹는 방법을 강습받은 후 본격적인 젓가락질을 시작해야 합니다.
양념장은 된장에 참기름과 다진마늘에 참깨를 뿌린 된장과 간장에 고추냉이(와사비)를 갠 와사비장, 초장에 참깨를 솔쏠뿌리고 다진마늘을 갠 초장 등 총 3종의 양념장을 어느 회와 곁드리는 것이 맞있는지에 대한 실습 겸 강의입니다.
요약하면 사방 벽면에 부처놓은 회 먹는 방법을 참고하면 그것으로 족하고 술이 몇 차례 돌아 취기가 오르면 어느 양념장이든 계념치 말고 회 맛을 즐기면 된다는 이야기일 것입니다.
어느정도 술자리가 무르익고 취기가 오른 후 먹는 물메기 지리탕은 뱃속의 술기운을 다스리기에 충분한 시원한 맛을 즐길 수 있고 특히 매운 맛을 좋아하는 분은 청량고추 (땡초)를 주문하여 곁드린다면 제대로 된 지리맛을 즐길 수 있는 곳입니다.
참고로 홍어회는 삭히지않은 홍어이기에 전라도식 홍어와 다름을, 물메기지리탕은 곰치국을 가르키는 말입니다. 충무식당을 방문하면 음식에 대한 사장님의 자부심을 직접 느끼기에 충분한 곳입니다.

We visited Chungmu Sikdang, located in the center of the building of Ben Daeng Hoi An. Chungmu Sikdang is a restaurant serving fresh oysters, quasi sashimi, freshfish sashimi, skatefish, flatfish sashimi, bengal sashimi, and sashimi (slightly different depending on the season).
Chungmu Sikdang is so famous that it is necessary to make a reservation. Before you eat a sashimi, you need to start chopsticks after you have been taught how to eat sashimi by the boss of the Tongyeong province in the late 70s and the owner of a husky voice owner.
Seasoning sauce consists of three kinds of seasonings, one with soybean paste with sesame oil and one with chopped garlic, the wasabi with horseradish on soy sauce, and the other with soy sauce. It's a hands-on and lecture on whether it's right.
In summary, if you look at how to eat sashimi on the wall everywhere, it is enough to drink it and if you turn up a few times, you can enjoy the taste of sashimi without any seasoning.
The water catfish Jiri-tang, which is eaten after a certain degree of ripening and drinking, can enjoy the cool taste enough to control the alcohol in the stomach. Particularly, if you like the spicy taste, you can order the chilli pepper (cottoncho) to get the right taste. It is a place to enjoy.
For reference, Skate Sashimi is unshrimp, so it's different from Jeolla-do Skate, and Mulgegijiri-tang refers to Gomchi Soup. Visiting Chungmu Restaurant is enough to feel the boss's pride in food.
