★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 직원분들이 친절하며 괜찮은 바리스타들이 있는 곳입니다. 다른 점포는 어떠한지 모르겠으나 반월당점은 기본 이상은 합니다. 그러나 위치 특성상 단체손님들이 많이 방문하기 때문에 (옆의 투썸플레이스도 마찬가지)카페 분위기가 어수선할 때가 종종있습니다.
 The staff is friendly and there are good baristas. I do not know what other stores are like, but I do not know what the store is. However, due to the nature of the location, there are often crowded cafe moods (as is the next two to many place).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 엄청엄청엄청 친절하십니다. 그래서 기분이 좋아지는 곳. 커피도 맛있고~ 깨끗하게 잘 관리되어있어요. 매장내 화장실있고 깨끗합니다.
You are very, very, very kind. So where it feels good. The coffee is also delicious~ Clean and well maintained. There are toilets in the store and they are clean.
