정	정라현 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 방어회를 좋아하시는 분이라면 꼭 방문해보셔야 하는 곳입니다. 다양한 회를 제공하지만 계절별로 메뉴가 조금씩 달라집니다. 겨울철엔 방어만 취급하고 2인, 3인, 4인 구성이 있는데 양과 회의 품질은 염려 안 하셔도 될정도로 나옵니다. 식감이 좋도록 적절히 두툼한 크기로 썰어져 나오는데 사장님의 자부심이 느껴지고 한 번 경험하게 되면 계속 오게 되는 곳이에요. 방어회와 함께 한 잔할 때 소주도 좋지만 탈리스커나 맥캘란과의 궁합이 생각 외로 좋습니다. 이렇게 시도해보시는 것도 추천드려요. 가게의 공간은 넓은 편이 아니라서 오래 기다려야 하는 경우는 예사이니 이 부분은 참고하시면 좋을 듯합니다. 그런데 한 번이라도 맛 보시면 왜 손님이 많은지 아실 수 있을 겁니다. 주차공간은 따로 없어서 차 없이 오시거나 유료 주차장 확인 후 방문하시는 게 좋습니다. 그리고 예약은 없으니 오래 기다리지 않으시려면 빨리 가실 수록 좋아요. T	T채널 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 소문으로만 듣던 방어회 맛집 남해바다마차. 과연 듣던대로 방어회는 훌륭하고 같이 나오는 메뉴들도 맛있었다. 숙성방어회를 두껍게 썰어주는데 그 기름진 육질은 다른 곳에서 느끼기 힘든 매력 포인트. 다만 체류시간 제한이 있어서 두시간 동안 먹고 마시는 일을 마무리해야 한다. (누군가 시간을 재며 지켜보고 있는 느낌..) 2명이 가면 방어회 2인분이 자동주문되고 다른 메뉴로 변경할 수도 있지만 굳이 바꿀만한 메뉴는 없는듯. 아참, 방어회는 겨울철 메뉴라 2월까지만 제공된다고 하니 겨울이 가기전에 들러보자. C	Clém Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 숙성 대방어를 전문으로 판매하는 곳이다. 성수기에는 웨이팅이 어마어마한 곳이지만 날씨가 급 풀려서인지 오픈런까지는 없었다. 두툼하고 기름진 방어회에 우니를 잔뜩 올리니 이런 호사스러운 맛이 또 없다. 자주 가기에는 부담스럽고 대방어 찐 맛을 느끼고 싶다면 오픈시간에 맞춰 한번쯤 방문해 보는 것도 나쁘지 않을듯. 유	유환욱 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 어제 존경하는 어른들과 저녁식사 자리를 마련했습니다. 두시간정도 시간이 흘렀을까? 두시간 되면 자리를 비켜줘야 한다고 직원이 얘기 하더라구요. 그럼 빨리 일어날테니 회도 아직 다 못먹었고, 소주한병만 더 먹고 가겠습니다 라고 했습니다. 근데 잠시후 여사장님께서 오더니 가게 출입시 안내를 하고 벽에도 설명을 붙여뒀다라고 하면서 지금 당장 자리를 비켜줄것을 얘기하더군요. 사실 가게 출입시 안내같은건 없었고, 벽에 붙여있는 설명도 당일 횟감 단가 사이에 있어서 유심히 보지 않으면 모르게 적어뒀더군요. 그보다 그걸 떠나서 가게 사정을 손님에게 강압적으로 하면 안되는것 아닐까요? 기분이 상한 저희는 바로는 못일어나겠다고 했더니, 저희 보는 앞에서 경찰을 부르네요... 허허 참. 경찰은 저희에게 아무말도 안하고 돌아가셨는데, 정말 황당했습니다. 별 한개도 아깝네요. 음식은 괜찮았지만, 손님이 돈으로밖에 안보이는분들같네요.
