등갈비를 칼로 자를때 뼈를 중간에 두고 양쪽고기 균등하게 하려는 고정관념을 깨줌
뼈부분을 한쪽으로 몰아서 커트해서 고기가 다 구워지면 양쪽으로 잡고 뜯어먹는게 아니라
뼈를 먼저 분리하고 고기를 먹을수있어서 간편하고 맛있었음
오픈했을땐 자주갔지만 승질급한 나로써는 초벌해서 나오는시간이 생각보다 길기때문에
점점 안가게 됨.
