★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 살기좋은 위치 .가장 고속도로타기 가까워서 젤 좋은 단지가 아닐까싶어요~서울과인접해서 출퇴근용이하고좋아요.
다른단지비해서올림픽대로타고나가기도좋고 차로약20분이면 강남은 금방입니다..
타단지와 비교했을때 버스정류장이 가깝고,노선도많구요..학원,병원,마트상가와 가장접근성이 좋은단지라 자부합니다..

학원가도 다양합니다.
단지내 녹지도 많고 아이들 놀이터도 여러개 있어 좋아요.
근처 공원과 수변 공원도 가까워요.
도서관 또한 도보 이용 가능해서 좋아요^^
서울,강원도 나가기도 편해요.
고속도로 접근성 굿굿
스타필드하남,코스트코 쇼핑도 좋구요!!!
