★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 왠만하면 프렌차이즈는 맛에 변함이 없지요.. 하지만 여기는 고기의 맛이 많이 떨어지는 느낌이였습니다. 서버분이 초벌된 고기를 구워주는데 다 익었다며 드시라는데.. 덜익어서 물컹물컹ㅜㅜ
목살이나 삼겹살은 전혀 감흥이 없었네요.
된장찌게는 분명 보글보글 끓여나왔으나 맛은 냉장고에서 비로 꺼낸 느낌!! 어떻게 이런맛을 낼 수 있는지 신기하네요.

There was no impression at all with the neck or pork belly.
The miso stew was definitely boiled, but the taste felt like it was taken out of the refrigerator in the rain!! It's amazing how you can taste this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 직원들이 한명식 구워줄때 가봤는데 고기맛은좋은데 직원이 고기굽는데 너무집중해 자리를 떠나지않아 대화하기가 조금 불편했던 기억이 있는곳 ㅎㅎ
