★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 하남돼지집 사진이랑 후기들 보고 기대하고갔는데 실망했어요. 고기 자체는 맛있는 고기이고 초벌도 좋은데 오겹살을 저렇게 너무 얇게 썰어서 육즙은 빠져나가고 지방이 다 쪼그라들고.. 하남돼지집 원래 이렇게 고기가 얇나고 여쭤보니 정량이라 원래 그렇다고 하셨어요...전 꺼운 고기 제대로 구워져서 나오는 고기를 기대한거라 다시 갈 이유는 없을것같습니다.
아 그리고 위생이 좀 그래요 바닥에 휴지같은 쓰레기 천지고 물컵에 기름때가 안닦여서 물따르니까 그대로 둥둥 뜨는..
I was looking forward to seeing the photos and reviews of Hanam Pig House, but was disappointed. The meat itself is delicious and the raw meat is good, but because the pork belly is sliced so thinly, the juices are lost and all the fat is shattered.. The original Hanam Pork restaurant was so thin and when I asked, it was just the right amount. I was looking forward to the meat that came out, so I don't think there's any reason to go back.
Oh, and the hygiene is a little off. There is trash on the floor, and the oil in the water cup doesn't wash off, so it floats as it is..
