When the side dishes run out, you don't have to ask for it. I think Lee's boss is really good at employee education. I would surely recommend this to my acquaintances, but I would love it from the service side.

Although the size of the restaurant is small, there are a lot of staff, so almost every table cooks meat like a server in charge. LOL
