돈까스. 설명을 듣지는 않았고, 초행이라 주시는 그대로
먹어봄. 고기가 수분기가 많고 육즙도 넘치는 고기.
고기의 맛을 즐기기 좋은 돈까스. 육즙이 새는 것 때문에
돈까스가 먹던 중간에 눅눅해졌던 것은 아쉽다.
하지만 첫입의 바삭함은 참 좋았다.
유자소스와 유자소금은 좋았는데, 지금은 여름이라 유자철이 아니니 다른 비슷한 시트러스계열로 대체하셔도 좋을 듯 하였다. 장국은 톤지루 스타일로
간만에 보는 장국이었다. 맛있는 장국이고, 밥양이 꽤 되는 편이어서 양은 꽤나 충분하였다.
다음에는 안심과 치즈카츠 등 먹어보고 싶은게 많다.
근처 엘리펀트캐슬이라는 펍을 자주 가기 때문에
다음에도 식사가 필요하다면 들렀다 가고싶다.
가게는 꽤나 협소한 공간으로 바 테이블에 6~7명 정도
그리고 작은 테이블이 하나 있었다. 작은 공간이라 웨이팅 리스트도 비치되어 있는 것을 볼 수 있었다.
직원분과 쉐프분이 식사 도중 체크를 하시는 편이어서
피드백이나 식사 도중 궁금한 점을 묻기도 용이하다.

Because I often go to a nearby pub called Elephant Castle.
I want to stop by next time if I need a meal.
The restaurant is quite small, about 6-7 people at a bar table.
And there was one small table. It's a small space, so you can see that there is a waiting list as well.
The staff and the chef tend to check during the meal.
