처음엔 사장님이 구워서 잘라주시고
거의 익으면 드시라 하며 그 뒤에도 간혹 오셔서 구워주세요
고기는 삼겹인데 두툼하게 구워져 육즙이 팡팡터지고 숯또한 좋은걸 쓰시네요
숯이 좋아야 건강하게 드실수 있으세요

The meat is threefold, but it is thickly grilled, so it is juicy and uses good charcoal.
