오랫만에 우연히 드렸는데
너무 맛있내요!
비빔도 먹어야 되고
물밀막도 같이 먹어야 맛있습니다

짜지않아 어렸을때부터 먹던 밀면
지금도 맛나네요 친정오면 가끔 들러서 갑니다
시골스럽지만 화장실에서는 소지품 잘 챙기세요^^

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 진부장 구경 갔다가 주민께서 추천해 주셔서 방문 했습니다. 강원도가 메밀막국숫집이 많은데 밀국숫집은 구경하기 힘든 편이라 살짝 호기심이 생겼거든요. 주인 할머님의 포스가~ㅎ 할머님은 계산을 맡으시고 주방을 들여다 보니
아드님이신지 열심히 국수를 기계로 내리시더군요. 시원하게 물국수를 선택했는데~국물도 개운하고 맛있게 한 그릇 먹고 나왔어요. 단골 지역주민들이 끊임없이 오시더라구요. 양은 조금 늘여 주시면~ㅎ 남자분들은 거의 곱배기를 주문하실 정도~;;;

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 밀면 맛남~ 명태같은 고명이 있어 씹는맛이 있었다면 더 좋았겠지만 면발이 탱탱하고 비빔소스자체의 매콤함과 특유의 육수?가 어우러져 마치 회비빔쫄면?을 먹고 있는게 아닐까하는 생각이 들게했음 진부오면 함드셔보삼~ 나름갠찮음 별4개 ㅋ
If I had a taste like chewy, I would have been better if it had a chewy flavor, but it made me think that the noodles are tangy and the spicy flavor of the bibim sauce itself and the unique broth are mixed with each other. ~ 4 stars, depending on the number of stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 물육수는 특이했는데 계속 먹게되는 맛_단맛과 신맛
근데 또 겨자를 넣으니 단맛은 훅줄어들어 다른맛이였어요
그리고 비빔은 정말 호불호 없을거같이 맛있는 양념장이였어요
같이주신 배추김치도 아주 맛있었어요
The water broth was unusual, but the taste that I keep eating_sweet and sour
But when I added mustard again, the sweetness decreased and it tasted different
And bibim was a really delicious sauce
The cabbage kimchi that we gave you was also very delicious

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 메밀막국수가 아니라 밀막국수를 내는 독특한 가게.
부산밀면과는 면의 식감이 많이 다르다. 매끈한 밀면 식감이 아니라 밀과 옥수수가루를 섞어서인지 옥수수의 달큰한 맛을 품고있으면서 메밀의 까칠한 식감과 끊김을 어느정도 느낄수 있는..나름 좋았다.
단 물밀막국수의 육수의 당도가 좀높아서 아쉬웠으나 비빔밀막국수는 적당한 들기름과새콤달콤함이 끝장임.
여긴 비빔이 굿~
It is a unique restaurant that serves wheat noodles instead of buckwheat noodles.
The texture of cotton is different from that of Busan wheat flour. It is not a smooth surface but a mixture of wheat and corn flour, so you can feel the crispy texture of the buckwheat and the crispness of the buckwheat.
However, it was regrettable that the sugar content of the broth in the rice paddy field was rather high, but the proper perilla and sour sweetness was finished.

말도 안되는 평냉 대비 가격도 합리적.

남자는 곱배기가 든든
여자는 보통 시키고 양 좀 더 달라고 하면 더 줌
겨울엔 만두 맛집이라고

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 유명하다 해서 갔는데 가격 대비 별로요. 시골인데 7500~8000원. 일단 너무 비싸요.
