★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 새로 건물을 지어 간혹 예전의 초원식당이 아니라고 생각하는 경우도 있는데 1996년부터 하던 주인 그대로입니다. 다만 주인 아주머니 연세가 들면서 이전의 아귀찜은 조리할 때 어깨에 무리가 많이 가서 낙지볶음으로 메뉴가 바뀌었어요. 추어탕은 예전 그대로~
메뉴가 단 2개...였는데 가족단위로 오는 손님중 추어탕을 못먹는 사람들이 종종있어 된장찌개도 추가됐어요. 그래서 메뉴가 3개로~
지역에 관공서에서 점심식사를 자주하시는 분들이 자주 이용하는 식당이에요. 타 지역 분들도 한 번 다녀간 후 산청 들를 때마다 이용하는 단골도 많답니다.
그날 그날 준비한 반찬과 음식량 만큼만 판매해서 저녁에는 일찍 마감해요. 그래서 저녁에 늦게 온 손님들은 추어탕 국만 포장해서 가져가는 경우도 많아요.
Some people think that this is not an old grassland restaurant because they built a new building. However, the owner of Aunt Yonsei, the previous monkfish steamed a lot on the shoulder when cooking, the menu was changed to fried octopus. Chueotang is the same as before ~
There were only two menus, but there are people who can't eat Chueotang among family guests. So 3 menus
It is a restaurant often used by those who frequently have lunch in the local government. Many people from other parts of the country use regular patronage every time they visit Sancheong.
It sells only the side dishes and foods prepared that day and closes early in the evening. So, guests who come late in the evening are often packed with Chuotang soup.

깔끔한 밑반찬과 맑은 국물의 경상도식 추어탕!!
현지인께 추천받은 추어탕 집이지만,
들깨가루와 부추 듬뿍 넣는 걸쭉한 남원추어탕을 추어탕으로 알고있었기에 살짝 당황한 비주얼과 맛!!
산초?(산초보다 더 향이 진한 제피인듯!!)만 넣어서 먹는 담백하고 깔끔한 국물의 경상도식 추어탕을 먹어보고 싶은분들께 추천합니다.

Gyeongsang-do style Chueotang with clean side dishes and clear soup!!
Although it is a chueotang restaurant recommended by locals,
I was a bit bewildered by the visual and taste as I knew it was a thick Namwonchueotang with plenty of perilla powder and chives as chueotang!!
Recommended for those who want to try the Gyeongsang-do style Chueotang with a light and clean soup that is eaten only with sancho?
