요즘순대국돼지냄새나는집은엇지요
맛은그냥그래요.

그런데 기본을 지키지 않으면
그 "맛있어봐야 순대국" 조차도 되기 어렵습니다.
일단 국물이 맑습니다.
팩 순대국의 뽀얀 인위적인 국물이 아닙니다.
고기가 비린내가 안납니다.
애초에 간이 되어져서 나오는 것도 있지만
간이 되어서건, 고기가 좋은 고기여서건
일단 비린내가 나지 않습니다.
어디에서도 먹을 수 있는 맛이지만
새로운 동네에 가면 어딘지 찾을 수 없는
그런 순대국집입니다.
이 동네 오셔서 순대국 드신다면
강추합니다.
