★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 물회를 먹으러 오후 9시쯤 물회골목에 도착함.
원래 가려던 곳이 오후 10시 마감이라고 되어있어서 9시에 가면 먹을 수 있을 줄 알았지만 그곳을 포함한 주변 물횟집 모두 9시부터 식사가 불가능했음.
우린 주린 배를 움켜쥐고 정처없이 식당 문을 두드리며 다녔음. 마감이라는 말을 3번째 듣고 실망감에 젖어 다음 식당 문을 두드렸음. 드디어 식사할 곳을 찾음.
30년 경력 일식 주방장이 요리한다는 간판의 문구가 인상적이었음. 우리는 만팔천원 짜리 자연산 물회 세 개를 시켰음.
살면서 물회는 동해바다에 놀러갈 때에만 몇 번 먹어본게 전부이지만, 이 물회는 살면서 처음 본 비주얼이었음. 이렇게 깔끔하고 고급진 비주얼의 물회는 처음 봤음.
비주얼만큼 맛 또한 매우 깔끔 담백 고소했음. 물회장이 정말 맛있음. 여태 먹었던 물회들은 대게 너무 달아서 중간에 질리는 경향이 있었지만 이 집 물회는 달랐음. 첫 입 부터 마지막 입까지 맛있었음. 흰 살 생선회와 전복이 아주 싱싱하고 맛있었음. 공기밥을 말아 먹었는데 환상적이었지만 회가 아주 좋았기 때문에 회의 맛을 느끼려면 물회만 먹는 것이 좋음.
같이 나온 매운탕도 아주 일품이었음. 생선이 아주 보드랍고 맛있었고 국물맛도 장난 아니었음. 공기밥 추가를 하고 싶었지만 겨우 참았음.
근처에 주차장도 많고 해변도 있고 카페도 많아서 밥 먹고 근처 돌아다니기도 좋음.
Arrived at Mulhoe Alley around 9 PM to eat Mulhoe.
Originally, the place I was going to go to was due at 10 pm, so I thought I would be able to eat it at 9 am, but all of the nearby watershoe stores including that place were not able to eat from 9 am.
We grabbed our hungry boat and walked around, knocking on the door of the restaurant. When I heard that it was the deadline for the third time, I knocked on the door of the next restaurant in disappointment. Finally finding a place to eat.
The phrase on the signboard saying that a Japanese chef with 30 years experience cooks was impressive. We ordered three wild fishes worth 18,000 won.
In my life, I ate Mulhoe a few times only when I went to the East Sea, but this was my first visual in my life. I've never seen Mulhoe with such a neat and high-class visual.
As much as the visual, the taste was also very clean and simple. Muljangjang is really good. The mulhoe that I had eaten was usually too sweet to get tired in the middle, but this house mulhoe was different. It was delicious from the first to the last. The white fish sashimi and abalone were very fresh and delicious. The rolled rice was fantastic, but the sashimi was very good, so it is better to eat only mulhoe to taste the skepticism.
The maeuntang that came with it was also very good. The fish was very soft and delicious, and the soup taste wasn't a joke. I wanted to add rice, but I barely endured it.
There are many parking lots, beaches, and cafes nearby, so it's good to eat and walk around the area.
