★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 동기생이 연구소장으로 있는 데코리아제과에 다녀 왔습니다. 초코릿제품과 젤리제품을 제조판매하는 회사인데, 파리바게트와 같은 대기업에 납품을 한다고 하네요. 생산공정은 볼 기회가 없어서 뭐라 할 수는 없지만 외부환경만 봐도 위생관리를 철저히 하고 있다는 느낌을 받았습니다. 젤리상품을 먹어보라고 해서 시식개념으로 먹어보았는데, 정말 맛있더라고요. 아마도 제 기억으로는 먹어본 젤리상품 중에서 가장 맛이 있었습니다. 젤리하면 이빨(?)에 달라 붙기도 하는 경우가 있는데, 식감도 좋으면서 전혀 달라붙지 않더라고요. 다소 비싼 듯 하긴 한데, 연인들끼리 함께 먹거나 아이들에게 선물하면 무척 좋아할 듯 합니다. 참, 데코레이션은 소수손으로 한다고 하네요. 세상에 단 하나만 있는 상품이라고 해도 무리가 아닐 듯 합니다. 초콜릿은 먹어 보지 못해 뭐라 할 수 없지만 젤리만으로도 추천할만한 상품입니다. 하나는 먹었고, 남은 하나의 제품을 사진으로 남깁니다. 파리바게트에 가서 찾아 보세요. 온라인 구매가 가능한지 모르겠네요
