누가 잘 한다.
맛 있다.....아무리 해도 내가 직접 먹어 보고 내 입 맛 과 취향에 맞아야 하는 것 이 아니겠는가?
나주 가보리 복집을 다녀 보고 ...
내 입 맛과는 무관한 어른 의 손 을 잡고 따라가 먹어 본 북창동 시경 뒷편 골목길 ...이름도 모르는 복집 과 사회생활하면서 먹어 본 을지로 허름 한 집 의 복 집.....장소에 대한 기억 처럼 맛에 대한 기억역시 아련 한 .....추억 의 맛.
가보리 복집 에서 찾은 아련 한 그 맛이 이 맛?!.....이라는 생각 으로 다니다 .
최근 목포의 복 잘 하는 집 소개를 보고 찾아 가 봤다.
복 .....맛을 뭐라 표현 할 것인가?
소동파 아닌 당신 이나 나나....콩나물 배이스에 미나리의 시원 함!!!
그 외에 뭐라 표현 하겠는가?
가보리 복 집 의 시원 한 국물 맛. ..그리고 수제비 .....가 먹고 난 뒤의 소감 이라면
