★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 해몽이 유명한 이유를 잘 알고갑니다. 대한민국 레전드 등갈비를 맛보고왔네요~ 직원분들도 친절하고 시원시원하게 숙련된 솜씨로 고기도 구워주십니다.
연탄불이 인상적이었고 손님들 발길이 끊이지않는 곳입니다. 등갈비는 20분정도 걸린다고해서 목살도 먼저시켜서 술자리를 시작했고 도시락과 라면도 추가해서 먹었습니다. 매우만족하는 해몽인데 환기가 잘 안되는거같아서 오래 앉아있으면 기름냄새로 어질어질하네요~ 고기맛은 최고!!

내부가 넓지는 않고 웨이팅이 엄청 많은편이어서 쉽게 먹을수 있지는 않지만 고기가 맛있고 사장님과 직원분들이 친절하다.
등갈비는 간이 적당하고 달콤짭잘하고 목살도 쫄깃쫄깃하고 육즙이 풍부하다. 연탄불이라 불향도 좋다.
김치찌개도, 도시락도 맛있다.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. 이면도로 외진 곳 위치. 허름한 내부. 좋게 말하면 세월의 흔적, 직설적으로 말하면 낡고 후짐. 테이블 10개 정도로 실내도 좁음
2. 사장님이 연령이 높지 않으신데(40후반 ~50초반 추정) 굉장히 고압적이고 본인만의 룰이 있음(일행 모두 와야, 입장 가능. 미리 주문한 고기, 인분 수 외에 추가주문 안됨)
3. 여기는 등갈비가 제일 유명하고 맛있음
4. 보통 목살→등갈비 순 많이 먹음
5. 4인 기준 목살3인분, 등갈비 6인분은 시켜야 함. 먹다보면 알 수 있음(맛있어서 금방 먹게되고) 인원 수에 맞추어 시키면 절대적으로 부족함을 알게됨. 추가주문 안되어 먹고 싶어도 더 못 먹음
6. 고기 구워 주시는 분은 연예인급 쇼맨십이 있음.
7. 결론 : 맛 있고, 독특함, 지인추천 및 방문시 후회 안 함.
Tip : 넉넉히 주문할 것. 사장님의 무례함에 괘념치 말 것. 반드시 일행 모두 같이 입장할 것

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 해몽은 행당동 청춘극장과 함께 가장 좋아하는 등(쪽)갈비집이다. 이 곳의 장점은 굽달 직원분들께서 직접 구워주신다는 점과 목살도 맛있다는 점이다.
둘이서 목살 2인분과 등갈비 4인분 주문. 등갈비는 추가 주문이 안되기에 넉넉히 주문해야한다.
목살은 김치와 함께 현란하게 구워주시는데 수분이 빠지기 전에 익은 것부터 먼저 먹으라고 신신당부 하신다. 맞는 말씀이다. 고기는 육향이 진하고, 촉촉하고 부드러워 소금만 찍어 먹었다.
목살을 거의 먹어갈 때즈음 가져다주신 등갈비는 먹기좋게 손질이 되어있다. 어떻게 양념하셨는지 모르겠지만 숙성된 간장같은 향이 뼈고기와의 조화가 좋다. 열심히 쏘맥을 말아가며 뼈만 남기고 물어뜯어 먹다보면 인당 2인분은 금방이다.
갈 때마다 구워주시는 나름의 퍼포먼스와 맛 덕분에 행복한 곳이다.
Haemong is one of my favorite back ribs along with Haengdang-dong Youth Theater. The good thing about this place is that the staff grills it for themselves, and the neck meat is also delicious.
The two of us ordered 2 portions of neck and 4 portions of back ribs. Be sure to order generously as you cannot order extra ribs.
The ribs are grilled brilliantly with kimchi, but God urges you to eat the ripe ones first before the moisture runs out. That's right. The meat had a rich flavor, moist and soft, and was eaten with only salt.
The back ribs brought to you when you were almost done eating the neck are well-groomed. I don't know how you seasoned it, but the flavor like aged soy sauce goes well with the bone meat. If you work hard to roll up the salt and eat it, leaving only the bones, it will be enough for two people per person.
It is a happy place thanks to its own performance and taste that is baked every time you go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We waited an hour for a table and it was so worth it. We ordered a lot of the ribs. 6 orders for 4 people and somehow we wished we had ordered more. We basically ate the entire menu. Tried all the meats available.
The bbq master was amazing. He taught us how to cook all the meats and how to make them taste the best. He was friendly, funny, entertaining and fast!
Cannot wait to be back for more.
