★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022년 4월 8일 오전에 갤럭시 탭 S6에 들어가는 펜을 구입하러 갔습니다. 3층 응대 직원분께 이 펜이 필요하다고 하니까, 그 펜의 모델 번호가 뭔지 저한테 물어봅니다. 고객이 그런 펜의 모델넘버는 모르고 삼성 홈페이지에서 안 나오던 것이라서 좀 알아봐달라고 했더니 찾아주기 어렵다는 답변을 받았습니다. 모델번호를 알아야 부속품을 살 수 있는게 정상인지 참 궁금합니다.
On the morning of April 8, 2022, I went to buy a pen for my Galaxy Tab S6. The receptionist on the 3rd floor says he needs this pen, so he asks me what the model number of the pen is. A customer did not know the model number of such a pen and it was not on the Samsung website. I'm really curious if it's normal to need to know the model number to buy accessories.
