여름이라 그런지 겨울에 맛있게 먹었던 가자미 미역국이 없고 고등어찜이 메뉴에 추가되어 있어서 궁금해서 주문했다
1차로 고등어를 맛있게 구워서
그 위에 양파가 돋보이는 빨간 양녕장이 충분히 토핑되어 나왔다
배쪽을 한입 먹는순간 감탄이 절로 나왔다
바싹한 식감에 짜지도 달지도 그렇다고 싱겁지도 않은 양념장에 들어간 0.2*2정도의 두께로 썬 양파의 아삭하고 달콤한 맛의 조화가 환상적이다
고등어 크기가 2사람이 먹고 남겨 두고 가는것이 아쉬워 한 쪽만 먹기로 결의하고ㅋ 한쪽은 포장해 와서 두고두고 아껴 먹었다
다른 밑반찬도 간이 세지 않고 재료의 맛을 살린 고급 한정식집 반찬 솜씨다
게다가 오로지 음식에 집중하시는 주인 아주머니의 덤덤함 또한 편하다

Because it was summer, there was no flounder seaweed soup that I ate in winter, and steamed mackerel was added to the menu, so I ordered it out of curiosity.
Deliciously grilled mackerel
Red Yangnyeongjang with onion on it was topping sufficiently.
The moment I took a bite of the belly, I was amazed.
The combination of crunchy and sweet taste of onions cut into 0.2*2 thickness in a seasoning sauce that is neither salty nor sweet nor bland with a crispy texture is fantastic.
It was a pity that two people ate and left the mackerel, so I decided to eat only one.
The other side dishes are not too salty, and the taste of the ingredients is taken advantage of as a high-end Korean restaurant.
In addition, it is also comfortable for the owner lady to focus only on food.
