★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 최악의 부동산 키큰단발머리 아줌마 조심하세요
여긴 아예 집주인 편만 드는 곳이고, 양심과 인성이 전혀 없는 곳이에요. 제가 겪은 몇몇의 경우없는 사건입니다
1. 10년 넘은 보일러. 노후로 인한 수리비는 집주인 부담이 원칙인데도 불구하고, 세입자가 내는게 맞다고 주장함. (아무리 집주인에게 잘보이고 싶어도 양심은 버리지맙시다. 아주 기본적인것도 속이려고 들고. 인터넷에도 나오는 기본지식인데 ㅉㅉ)
2. 새로운 세입자가 집보러온다고 통보하길래 지금 외출중이라 불가하다고 하니 , 갑자기 소리 빽 지름 ! '일부러 안보여주는거 아니냐, 집 비밀번호 알려달라!' 면서 화냄..무슨 시추에이션인지. 그전에도 꼬박꼬박 집잘보여줬는데 어이가 없음. *비밀번호못알려준다고 하니 '왜 집비밀번호 못알려주냐. 일부러 안알려주는거아니냐'면서 또 화냄..다른 부동산 몇몇에 이런 이야기를 하니 기함을 하네요. 아줌마 그렇게 살지 말아요.
그날 저녁에 시간되니 그때 방보러 오면된다고 하니, 자기말고 다른 아줌마랑 손님이 옴. 본인도 부끄러운건 아니까 못나타난거겠죠 그날? 그 이후로도 절대 사과한마디 없음. 오히려 방보러오겠다는 시간보다 한시간 늦게 나타남 사전에 양해없이. 당연히 사과도 없었음..^^^^ 인성아시겠죠?
3. 계약연장때 이상한 조항 하나 만들어 놓고, 그것에 대한 언급도 안함. 물론 확인안한 내 잘못도 있지만, 그래도 추가된 조항에 대해 언급해야하는거아닌가요? ㅋㅋㅋ그 계약조건도 원래 그집주인이 오-래 써서 쓰지도 못하는 '고물 세탁기 처리'하는 것이었음. 아시나요 그 고물세탁기 치우는 데도 돈이 든다는 사실을.
★참 대단한 곳입니다. 100%주인편의만 봐주는 곳이고, 최소한의 객관성도 ,예의도 ,직업의식도 없는 곳입니다.특히 대학생, 사회초년생,신혼부부 는 조심하세요 그리고 전세값도 다른 곳보다 높게 부릅니다.
