★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 한우도 맛있었고 육회도 너무 맛있었어요. 마무리로 육회비빔밥이나 소고기국밥으로 끝내면 너무 기분좋은 식사가 될것 같아요. 다음에는 삼겹살을 먹어보러 또 가려고해요
The Korean beef was delicious and the beef sashimi was also very good. I think it will be a very pleasant meal if you finish it with yukhoe bibimbap or beef soup. Next time I'm going to try the pork belly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 영주와 예천을 구경한 후 출출해진 배를 채우기 위해 약돌 돼지고기로 유명한 문경을 찾았습니다. 미세먼지가 유난히 기승을 부리는 1월 초순. 해는 떨어지고 갈길은 멀기에 저녁식사를 겸해 문경 약돌돼지 삼겹살 고기로 정하고 찾은 곳이 태형고기마을.
약돌돼지고기를 먹기위해 방문했으니 선택의 여지없이 약돌돼지목살을 주문합니다(돼지고기는 1근인 600g 단위로 판매함) 알맞게 달궈진 불판에 목살을 올리니 금방 돼지고기가 구워집니다. 같이 나온 파저림에 돼지고기 한점을 올리고 먹으니 씹는 맛이 일품입니다.
식사를 마치고 약돌돼지고기는 약돌을 먹여 키운다는데 사실이냐고 물으니 주인장 말씀이 약돌을 곱게 갈아 돼지 먹이에 섞어 키운다고 합니다. 문경분이 그리 답변하니 그런줄 알 수 밖에.....
After visiting Yeongju and Yecheon, I went to Mungyeong, famous for pork tenderloin, to fill my hungry stomach. Early January, when fine dust is particularly prevalent. The sun is setting and there is a long way to go, so I decided to have dinner with Mungyeong Yakdol Pork Samgyeopsal, and found Taehyeong Meat Village.
I came to eat raw pork, so I had no choice but to order the pork neck (pork is sold in units of 600g, which is 1 pound). When you put the neck on a properly heated grill, the pork is grilled in no time. When eaten with a piece of pork on top of the parsley that came with it, the chewy taste is superb.
After the meal, I asked if it was true that yakdol pork is raised with yakdol, and the owner said that they grind the yakdol finely and mix it with pig food. Kyung-Mun Moon answered that way, so I can only know that it was so.....
