★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 특이한 묵 코스 요리집. 도토리묵, 빈대떡, 만두, 막국수, 수제비+묵밥 순으로 나온다. 묵은 평이하지만 빈대떡은 상당히 괜찮다. 아주 얇게 부친 빈대떡에 깻입, 파, 홍당무, 깨가 고명으로 올려져 있는데 먹기 부담스럽지 않고 맛있다. 만두는 2인분을 시켰을 때 두개가 나오는데 고기만두로 평이한 맛.
넣은 것이 많지 않은 막국수는 의외로 맛이 괜찮다. 다만 일반 막국수에 비해 맛은 강하지 않은 편. 마지막으로 수제비와 묵밥이 나온다. 수제비는 묵과 밀가루로 만들었으며 밀가루는 퍼지기 때문에 수제비를 먼저 먹어야 한다. 깨를 갈아 국물을 냇기 때문에 고소한 편.
묵밥은 충주의 여타 묵밥집과 큰 차이는 없다. 이외에 옹이에 밥을 함께 주기 때문에 밥까지 말아 먹으면 배가 꽤 부르다. 코스 요리는 두가지로 정식과 다람쥐. 정식은 1인당 만원으로 2인분 이상 시켜야 하며 다람쥐는 8천원.
Unusual Mook course restaurant. It comes out in the order of acorn cake, bean cake, dumpling, makguksu, sujebi + mukbap. It's old, but Bindatteok is pretty good. Makguksu, which doesn't contain much, is surprisingly good. However, the taste is not as strong as regular noodles. Finally, Sujebi and Mukbab are served. Sujebi is made with jelly and wheat flour, and flour is spread, so you must eat Sujebi first. I'm suing because I'm grinding the sesame seeds to make the soup.
Mukbab is no different from other Mukbab restaurants in Chungju. In addition, since the rice is served with the knot, it is quite full when the rice is rolled up. There are two types of course meals: formal and squirrel. The set meal is 10,000 won per person and must be served for 2 or more people, and the squirrel is 8,000 won.
