이집의 메인은 돼지생갈비 입니다.
200g에 15000원이라 가격은 좀 나갑니다. 사실 뼈가 차지하는 무게가 크거든요. 그래서 1인분에 300g정도는 되야 먹을만한데 아쉬워요. 뼈도 돈주고 사먹어야 하는세상. ㅋㅋ
일단 생갈비에는 항정부터 갈비살까지 고루 붙어있어서 다양한 식감을 느낄 수 있습니다. 보기도 이뻐요.
삼겹살 고기도 괜찮긴 합니다. 두께가 얇은게 약간 아쉽습니다. 1인분 200그램 13000원 입니다.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 생돼지갈비랑 양념갈비 먹었는데 생돼지갈비가 훨씬 맛있긴 하네요.
근데 고기가 다이나믹하게 맛있지는 않고 깔끔한 맛입니다.
직접 고기 구워주셔서 편하게 먹고 왔네요.

들어가자마자 생갈비를 손질하는 사장님을 보고 기대가 높아짐.
기대를 만족하는 맛집.
모든 고기가 다 맛있지만, 생갈비가 정말 맛있다.
너무 많이 익히지 말고 적당히 익혀 먹으면 정말 맛있다.
고기를 다 구워주는 서비스도 좋다.
추가적으로 김치가 정말 맛있어서 최대치에 0.5인분은 더 먹게된다.
된장찌개는 조금 부족하다.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 생갈비는 다 팔려서 먹지 못하고 양념갈비랑 삽겹살만 먹었는데 집근처 맛집 정도 수준입니다.. 사장님의 자부심만은 만렙!!! 서비스도 좋아요^^ 주차장이 좀 빈약해서 각오하시길 ~

Oh My God i don't know how they provide that kind of huge services in a small restaurant like as complementary drinks, juice for kids, 된장찌개 and sometimes they give you some discount on your total payment. The boss is too much kind and has a huge knowledge about pork meat. Staffs are so friendly and helpful and they're always smiling. My experience was great there. For sure I'll go there again ❤❤❤
