★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 최근 영랑근린공원 민간사업 확정 소식에, 아름다운 공원을 거닐수 있다는것에 별한개 , 주변에 대규모 아파트단지 형성과 현대1차 아파트 재개발 소식으로 주변 생활환경 향상과 새로운 속초 허브가 될거라는 소식에 또 별한개, 처음부터 이쪽 교동쪽이 아이들키우기 좋은학군으로 유명하니 또 별한개, 그중에 명지 미래힐아파트가 주변 아파트를 두루 살펴본 나로서는 월등히 세련된구조(지극히 사견입니다)로 특히나 안방 욕실 욕조와 현관 전실과 구조는 정말 마음에 들어요. 어떤식으로든 원하는 스타일대로 만들기 딱좋은구조?? 그래서 별하나더 미래힐 103동 105동( 평수가 더 넓음)은 뷰가 나와서 좋구~ 104동은 앞뒤로 놀이터와 작은 주민쉼터같은 공간이 있어서 좋아요. 속초 동파람에 직격타를 피할수있어서도 좋습니다 그래서 별하나더. 그리고 또 한가지 마음에든점은 미래힐은 매도건, 전세 월세건이 주변 다른 아파트에비해 높지 않은만큼 실거주 주민들 만족도가 높지 않을까 싶습니다.
