★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 호계초등학교에 붙어 있다. 2개의 건물로 분리 되어 있는데, 지어진지 조금 시간이 지난 느낌이 든다. 책도 그렇게 많지는 않으며, 열람실도 그리 크진 않다. 노트북 실도 작다.

다만 공간이 조금은 좁은데 많은서적이 있어서 찾는데 아래칸은 옆으로 안아야할 때가 있어 조금 불편한거 빼고 시설도 깨끗합니다.
