개인적으로 국일따로국밥 계속 먹다가 맛이 퇴보돼서 안 들리게 되었는데, 간만에 대구식 따로국밥이 땡겨서 새로 들린 곳입니다. 저는 이곳이 훨씬 마음에 드네요 ^^

따로국밥2. 선지는 따로주고, 고기가 들어있는 국밥을 주심. 푹 익어 부드럽고 간도 세지 않은듯 너무 밍밍하진 않아서 후루룩 넘어간다. 두가지 반찬이 참 맛있고 국밥과 잘 어울렸다. 쌀밥이 조금 아쉬움이 있었다. 아무리 말아먹는 밥이라지만, 좀 더 신경을 써주시면 좋을듯. 좁은 골목길에 위치하고 있어 주차는 바로 앞 사설 주차장이나 경삼감영공원 공영주차장을 이용하면 된다.

タロクッパを注文し、およそ7分程で提供されました。 1名で来店したので、クッパ・ご飯・ニンニク・カクテキ・ニラキムチが、黒く塗られた木のお盆ごと配膳です。2名以上であれば料理が大きな銀色のお盆に乗せられ、テーブルには料理のみが配膳されてお盆は下げられていました。 私の場合はソンジ(牛の血を固めた物)は既にクッパに入っていました。調味に使用する塩・胡椒・粉唐辛子・醤油が席に無かったので、他の空席から拝借しました。唐辛子と胡椒を多めに、塩パッパだけでは味がボヤけていましたが、おろしニンニクを入れると引き締まりました。 8cm×6cm×2cm程度のソンジは癖は強くありませんが、それなりに血生臭さを感じるので好き嫌いがはっきりと別れると思います。 クッパにご飯を入れるなら、少し塩を足すと塩梅が良かったです。 クッパに特筆は有りませんが、大邱流のタロクッパを味わうという点では来店の価値はあると思います。 ガラスの入口入ってすぐ左手にメニューがあるので、外からでも価格が分かります。 日曜日の12時台でしたが客入りは2~3割でした。 日本語での店名は「校洞タロ食堂」です。

음식이 깔끔하고 좋아요. 칼칼한 대구 경북 스타일의 맛은 아니고 서울 경기권의 매콤 달달(야채의 단맛)음식 느낌이에요. 누린맛 전혀 느껴지질 않아요. 그리고 사장님 친절하셔서 더 좋았습니다.
The food is nice and clean. It's not a spicy Daegu and Gyeongbuk style taste. It tastes like spicy sweet daldal (sweet vegetable) food from Gyeonggi-do, Seoul. I don't feel the taste at all. And the boss was kind, which was even better.
