★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once an epicenter for good food and a vibrant nightlife, this place has seen better times. Due to its popularity, landlords and building owners jacked up the rents astronomically thus forcing the geese laying the golden eggs to migrate. Still a few good places for beer, eats and beats.
