★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 정평 우방맨션 옆에 있는 아파트로 우방맨션과 같이 오래 됬음 그래도 집안은 실제 가봤는데 34평에 잘해놓으면 넓고 괜찮음 또 지나보면 옥산동이고 옥산지구라 먹거리 유흥 즐기고 싶으면 코앞이니 주민들한테 장단점이 될수도 있음
