우거지가 조금 부족한게 아쉽습니다

살이 부드럽고 맛있다.
순대국밥도 내용물이 푸짐하고 맛있다.

우선 비쥬얼이 너무 아름답습니다.
뼈다귀가 산처럼 쌓여있습니다.
그저 보여주기 위한 뼈다귀가 아니라 살이 엄청나게 붙어있는 그것이었습니다.
중간에 고기가 너무 많아 육수를 따로 부탁드렸더니 뚝배기에 뽀얀 육수를 한그릇 내어 주셨습니다.
고기의 상태도 삶은 정도도 무척 좋았습니다.
국물은 여느 뼈다귀 해장국과는 조금 다른 국밥의 국물과 비슷했습니다.
국물또한 정성을 들인 흔적이 역역합니다.
단순히 뼈다귀를 많이 주셔서, 뼈다귀에 붙은 고기가 많아서가 아니라 고기의 질과 육수에서 아주 많은 노력을 하심이 오롯이 느껴집니다.
직원분들의 친절도와 손님 응대또한 만족했습니다.
재방문 100% 입니다.
다만 술을 즐기는 저에게 9시영업마감이 다소 아쉬움으로 남네요.
15:00-16:30분까지 브레이크 타임 있습니다.
저는 모르고 갔다가 30분 기다리다 입장했습니다.
I ate bone haejangguk (special).
First of all, the visuals are so beautiful.
Bones are stacked like mountains.
It wasn't just bones to show, but flesh was attached to it.
There was so much meat in the middle, so I asked for a broth and gave me a bowl of immaculate broth.
The condition of the meat and the degree of boiling were very good.
The soup was similar to the soup of soup, which is a bit different from other bone haejangguk.
The soup also serves as a trace.
It is not just because there are many bones attached to the bones, but because of the great amount of effort in meat quality and broth.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
100% revisit
However, the 9 o'clock closing is a bit disappointing for me who enjoys drinking.
There is break time from 15: 00-16: 30.
I did not know and waited 30 minutes before entering.
