R	Rod Wong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The decor and furnishings of Gyeongboggung BBQ Restaurant have seen better days. However, it is still worth a visit as the food is very good. There is Western-style table seating on the ground floor. For those who are interested in a traditional Korean dining experience, go up to the first floor where you can sit on a raised platform using a mat (with or without a backrest) and eat from a low table. The assorted U.S. and Korean beef platter (88,000 won) was really good value for money. The meat was fresh and did not need to be soaked in a marinade for it to be tender and tasty. The portion was substantial enough for four personx. The kimchi hotpot was also yummy. We ended up going back twice during our stay in Seoul; so we tried the Korean beef steak (nice but more expensive at 42,000 won), the pork chop and the soy crab.

I ordered fish, bone soup and pork with spicy sauce (sorry, I forget the name :'( ) and all are tasty and good. Moreover the portion is big enough so I was very full. The price is around 8000won to 12000won per person.

If you don't have any povia with cold noodles 100% recommand have to order pork or beef bbq and cold noodle! thes two dish's combi really nice. there are so many koreans , so many forieners. they has a traditional interior as well!
