★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 그럭저럭 괜찮긴 한데 좀 불친절한 업무원 몇몇이 있네요. 그냥 불친절하기만 한 것도 아니고 조금 말 느리신 어르신들 한테 짜증까지 내더라고요.
It's okay, but there are some unfriendly employees. It wasn't just unkind, it was annoying to the elderly who were a little slow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 근로장려금 환급받는데 반토막으로 계산해서 환급해줬길래 얘기를 들어보니 법으로 월세사는데 전세보증금으로 환산하고 은행예금도 예금시점을 얘기하며 예금의2배로 잡혀있데서 어이가 없었죠.. 재산이 1억이 넘는다고 근로장려금신청금을 신청금의 반만 주는겁니다. 일년전에는 신청금을 그대로 줬는데 뭐 번것도 별로 없는데 일년사이에 재산이 세무소에 얘기한데로면 벌지도 않은 7천만원 이상이 잡혔다는지..뭔가 절반을 도둑맞은 기분입니다. 세무담당자도 엄청 불친절하게 상담해줍니다.

I bought a monthly rent by law, converted it into a jeonse deposit, and said when depositing a bank deposit. It was ridiculous because it was held twice as much as the deposit. It means that the application fee for work incentives is only given half of the application fee. A year ago, I paid the application as it was, but I didn't earn much, but within a year I told the tax office that I was caught over 70 million won, which I didn't earn. I feel like half of something was stolen. The tax manager is also very unkind to consult.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0점짜리 별이 없네. 세상 이렇게 불친절한 곳은 처음입니다. 다른곳 어디 신고할곳 없나요? 통화 내내 한숨 푹푹 쉬고. 전화도 뚝뚝 먼저 끊고. 세금 낼거 다 내고 오히려 과납해서 환급 받으려고 전화했는데 사람 주눅들게 만들어요. 부천을 벗어나서 사업하는 수밖에 없는건가. 와.. 불친절하다는 말은 봤지만 열받아서 얼굴 화끈거릴정도로 불친절 한곳은 사십년 넘게 살면서 여기가 첨이네요.
There is no zero star. I have never seen such an unkind place in the world. Anywhere else to report it? Breathe deeply throughout the call. Hang up the phone first. I paid all my taxes and I overpaid, so I called to get a refund, but it makes people nervous. Do you have no choice but to do business outside of Bucheon? Wow.. I've seen people say it's unkind, but this is the first place I've lived in for more than 40 years that is so unkind that it makes my face burn hot.
