제가 컴퓨터를 잘 모르기도 하고
리뷰들도 좋은 편이라
사장님께서 보여주신 중고제품을
크게 생각안하고 6만원에 샀습니다.
집에와서 검색해보니 동일 모델 새 상품이
2만원대에 판매되고 있었습니다.
그 후, 환불 관련으로 사장님과 전화 통화 했습니다.
사장님 입장 요약하면
1. (중고 제품) 가격 책정은 사장 권한이고,
구매는 소비자의 선택이다. 단순변심사유 환불은 불가하다.
2. 재작년 매입했던 가격 기준으로 판매를 할 뿐이다.
현재 시세가 어떠하든 상관없다.
말씀 일부 인정하고,
제가 섣부르게 산 잘못도 있음을 인정해서,
통화상으로 사과도 드렸습니다.
기부도 많이 한다고 하시던데
6만원 기부했다 생각할렵니다.
왜 만원 이만원 때문에 고객들을 놓치시는지...
