★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 자주가는곳이에요 주차도 편하고 건물 관리도 잘되고있습니다 난방이잘되서 영하십몇도에도 보일러를 안틀어도 따뜻합니다 1층에 편의점ㆍ카페ㆍ식당들이 있어서 편의시설도 좋고 지하철과 가까워 좋습니다ㆍ
단점은 문밖으로 소음이 잘새어나가서 복도에서도 집안소리가들려요
 It's a place I often go to. Parking is easy and the building is well maintained. The heating is good, so it's warm even if you don't run a boiler at zero or a few degrees.
The downside is that the noise leaks out well from the door, so you can hear the house sound from the hallway.
