어머님 틀이에 문제가있어서 전화상담후 예약하고 방문
예약한날 방문하여 접수후 대기
30분정도 대기하였는데 갑자기 간호사분인지 수간호사분인지는 모르겠으나
틀이가 본 치과에서 한것이 아니라 봐줄수가 없다함
예약 잡을때 분명히 그러한 사정 이야기를 했는데 예약을 잡아주더니 이제와서 안된다?
그래서 안봐주신다는것인가요? 라고 물으니 그렇다함
의사 선생님 얼굴조차 보지도 못하고 시간만 버리고 되돌아옴
어머님또한 요양원에 계시는 상황이라
코로나19로 인하여 외출자체가 힘들어서 요양원측 양해를 구하고 외출을 한 것인데...
안되면 전화상담시에 안된다고 할것이지
그렇게라도 안내되었으면 그 시간에 다른 치과를 알아보고 조치를 했을것인데
아프신 어머님만 모시고 이리저리 다닌꼴이 됬어요...

My mother is also in a nursing home.
It was difficult to go out due to Corona 19, so I asked for the consent of the nursing home and went out...
If not, I'll say no to the phone call.
If I had been informed like that, I would have found another dentist at that time and took action.
It was like walking around with only my sick mother...
I'm so mad
