메기는 한참을 끓였는데도 간이 안 배여서 좀..

음 이십년째 단골인집
아버님이 건강상 사골국물을 드시면 안됬어서
3년을 못갔는데 최근에 엄청 오랫만에 갔으나
메기가 커져서 살도 양도 많다는건 좋은데
꼬리부분은 고소하니 맛났고 몸통쪽이
특유의 민물고기 향 이랄까 그런게 났음
원래는 이런향도 전혀 안나던곳임
그래도 전체적으로 맛있었고 볶음밥이 예전보다 더 맛있어짐

잡고기는 영 아니었다
이유는 생고기가아니란다!!!
