우리도 오늘 형제계 모임으로 조선오리 돼지갈비집으로 장소를정하고 가보니
이곳도 시끌시끌 북적북적 우리처럼 모임하는 팀들이 많아서 어수선하다.
오늘 메뉴는 돼지갈비로 물론 처음처럼은 빠질수가없다 여자들을 위해 맥주도 함께
언제나 그렇듯 국산 참숯으로 화로가 들어온다
이렇게 추운날 숮불의 온기는 반가울수밖에
따뜻해좋다
물론 갈비가 제맛이면 금상첨화
허나 돼지 갈비가 예전같지않다
바쁠수록 정성이 들어가야 하는데 너무 두껍다
예전엔 안 그랬는데 언제부터 변했는지 ᆢ
숫불에 고기를 올려놓으니 불이 너무쎄서
겉은 타고 먹을려고하니 속은 안익고 으 ᆢ
이럴수가 숫 조절을 잘해야것다
맛은 예전대로 그대로인데 몇가지 수저했으면 하는 맘으로 적어본다
종업원들도 다 바빠서 그러지 뭘 시키면 대답은 하고 가져다 주질않는다

인터넷으로 열심히 search해서 알아낸 집이 '원주조선돼지갈비집' 이었는데 외관과 내관 모두 분당에서 보았던 건축 디자인에 절대 뒤쳐지지 않는다는 생각이 들었다. 내가 생각하던 원주이미지까지 깨줌.ㅋㅋㅋ
평소에 갈비 좋아하는 편이라서... 분당에서는 안 가본 갈비집이 없다고 자부할 수 있는데 여기... 우리 가족 모두 맛있다는 말만 연발했다. 돼지갈비는 물론 매콤 닭갈비도 춘천가서 먹은 닭갈비보다 맛있었음.ㅋㅋㅋ 너무너무 만족해서 학교 친구들에게 얘기했더니 원주에서 유명하다고 하더라.
단점이라면 주변에 노래방이나 놀 거리가 멀어서 ..... 좀 귀찮다는 정도? ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ (힘들게 찾아낸 단점쓰..)
