치즈가츠와 메밀소바, 사누키우동을 먹어보았는데 모두 정갈하며 기본 이상의 맛입니다. 자주 생각나서 이주에 한번씩은 갑니다.
특히 치즈가츠는 질 좋은 치즈가 아주 두껍게 잔뜩 들어가서 쭉쭉 늘어나고 먹는 재미가 있어요. 같이 나오는 샐러드도 양도 많고 드레싱이 맛나 항상 싹싹 비우고 옵니다. 우동 국물도 아주 맛있구요, 개인적으로 유부 좋아하는데 유부 많이 넣어주셔서 좋아요. 따뜻한 국물 생각날땐 최고입니다.
메밀소바는 찍어먹는 식이 아니라 국물에 말아서 나오는 스타일인데 깔끔해서 여름에 시원하게 잘 먹었습니다.
찬으로 나오는 단무지나 김치 등도 맛있고 쌀은 토토미를 쓰신다고 하는데 항상 윤기나는 찰진 흰쌀밥이라 좋아요^^

Buckwheat soba is a style that is rolled in soup rather than dipping, but it was neat and ate well in summer.
Pickled radish and kimchi served as a dish are also delicious, and the rice is said to use Totomi.
