★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仁寺洞の通りの真ん中辺りのビルの3階にあるホプ/居酒屋。此方では定番のチキン唐揚げ＋メッチュ(麦酒)=チメックをしたくて入りました。3階なのと日本語で居酒屋と書いてあったので、チメック大丈夫かと少し躊躇しましたが、入って見ると広々して家族連れも何組かいて
普通に食事も出来る雰囲気でした。
早速生ビールを一杯とフライドチキンを注文しました。生から揚げるので時間が掛かるとメニューに書いて有りましたが、確かに15分位待ったと思います。運ばれて来たチキンはカラット揚がっいて美味しそうです。勿論量は韓国式に一羽分です。
食べて見ると、外はパリッと中はジューシーの教科書通りの揚げ方で美味しいです。やはり注文を受けてから揚げたのが効いているようです。ケチャップ系とマスタード系のソースが付いていましたが、個人的に好きな塩を持って来て貰いました。モツ焼きを食べた後だったので結構お腹一杯でしたが、美味しかったので完食しました??
生ビールもすすみ、もう一杯追加しました。チキンは飛び抜けたものではありませんが十分に美味しく、良い意味で普通に楽しめるお店でした。
仁寺洞でチメックしたい時にはどうぞ!!?
 Hop / Izakaya on the 3rd floor of a building in the middle of the street in Insadong. I entered here because I wanted to make the classic fried chicken + Metch (wheat) = chimek. I immediately ordered a glass of draft beer and fried chicken. It was written on the menu that it would take time because it was fried from raw, but I think I waited for about 15 minutes. The chicken that was brought in was fried carat and looked delicious. Of course, the amount is one Korean style.
When you eat it, it's crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and it's delicious as it is fried according to the textbook. After all, it seems that it is effective to fried after receiving the order. It came with ketchup and mustard sauces, but I personally brought my favorite salt. I was quite full because it was after eating the grilled offal, but it was delicious so I ate it completely ??
Draft beer is also good, and I added another cup. The chicken wasn't outstanding, but it was delicious enough and in a good way you could enjoy it normally.
If you want to make a chimek in Insadong, please !! ?
