원래 갓김치를 넣어 먹는데, 제 취향은 순대국을 비롯한 국들을 후추만 조금 뿌리는 스타일로 원래 국물맛으로 먹었어요
다시 갈 의향이 있어요
쥔장님만 좀 더 친절하셨으면 해요
It was the first time I ate Yangtang, but I also ate well, sensitive to the smell.
Originally, I eat it with gat kimchi, but my taste is the style of sprinkling only a little pepper on the soup including sundae soup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 날이 너무 추워 뜨끈한 양탕 먹으러 방문.
사람 좋은 바깟사장님 츤데레 안사장님이 반갑게 맞아주심. 양탕을 바로 끓여주셨으나 동행이 주차하고 늦게 와서 오는 동안 식는다고 오니까 다시 끓여 내주심. 역시 안사장님 츤데레 ㅎㅎ
간만에 먹는 양탕은 여전히 깔끔하면서 구수했음. 흰양은 잡내없이 잘 삶아 얇게 저며나와 아이는 물론이요 어르신들이 드시기에 무리없음. 넉넉히 들어있는 표고버섯의 풍미가 대단하여 양과함께 소스에 찍어먹는 맛이 좋았음. 들깨 갈아만든 국물은 뚝배기가 식지않아 다 먹을때까지 그 구수한 풍미가 꾸준히 유지되었음.
반찬은 내가 갈때마다 똑같음. 깻잎 배추김치 갓김치 콩나물무침 도라지무침 고추장아치다짐 창란젓갈. 반찬에 밥만 먹어도 너무 맛이 좋아 밥 한공기만 청한 것을 후회하였으나 양탕이 워낙 실하고 든든해 반주 한잔 곁들이니 딱 좋았음.
오늘도 동네 아주머니들 같이 모여 도라지 까시다가 도라지 치우시고 약주드시고 계셨음 ㅋㅋ 안사장님 바깟사장님 건강하시고 오래오래 양탕 끓여주세요. 잘 먹었습니다.
It was so cold that I visited to eat hot Yangtang.
Good people, Mr. Bagat, Mr. Tsundere An, welcomed you. He boiled the Yangtang right away, but the companion came late after parking and said it was cool while coming. As expected, Mr. Ahn Tsundere haha
The Yangtang, which was eaten after a while, was still neat and savory. White sheep boiled well and sliced thinly. It is not too much for children as well as seniors to eat. The rich flavor of shiitake mushrooms was great, so the taste of dipping it in the sauce with the amount was good. The broth made from perilla sesame did not cool down, so its delicious flavor remained steadily until it was eaten.
Side dishes are the same every time I go. Sesame leaves, cabbage kimchi, fresh kimchi, bean sprouts, bellflower, red pepper paste, chopped changran salted fish. Even if I eat only rice as a side dish, it tastes so good, I regret that I asked for a bowl of rice, but the Yangtang was so solid and strong that I enjoyed it with a cup of accompaniment.
Even today, the village aunts gathered together to pick up bellflowers, clean up the bellflowers, and drink medicinal liquor haha. I've had enough.
